We only ask for what we need. Please don't send sensitive information (such as health details) through the forms unless it matters for the job — for example a disinfection clean.
Who we share it with
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) hosts this website and receives the forms on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. Transfers to the US are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Service providers we use to run the business, such as email and accounting, only as far as they need it and under a processing agreement.
- Authorities, such as the tax authorities, when the law requires it.
We never sell your data and never share it for advertising.
How we protect it
The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Only the people who need your details to plan and carry out the work can see them. Keys and access codes are stored securely, labelled without your address, and returned or destroyed when our agreement ends.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you;
- correct or complete it;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- restrict how we use it, or stop using it on the basis of legitimate interest;
- give you your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent, for example for the newsletter (every newsletter has an unsubscribe link).
Email hello@gleaming-company.nl and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
